NDH Egg Curry Masala

NDH Egg Curry Masala is your savior for making everyday delicious Curries.

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, Chili-pepper, Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Black pepper, Turmeric, salt, black salt, Mace, Ginger, Green Cardamom, Anise Star, Cloves, Garlic, Nutmeg, Onion, Fenugreek, Bay leaf, Curry leaf, Fennel.


1. To cook EGG Currry.
2. Grind to fine paste 2 onions.
3.Mix with 1 tsp NDH Ginger/Garlic powder.
4.Add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd.
5.Marinate cleaned and cut Egg pieces with mixture.
6. Keep for 2 hrs. Heat 4 tbsp oil, fry till crisp 2 sliced onions.
7. Add marinated EGG, 3 tsp NDH Egg Masala.
8.Stir for 5 mins & Add 2 cups water.
9.Pressure cook for 10 mins in low flame .
